Apple A Day Resort Krabi, Ao Nang Beach - Sha Extra Plus, Ao Nang

My experience at Apple A Day was mixed. While I found the staff mostly friendly and the dining options enjoyable, there were significant issues with my room and communication. I encountered a terrible situation where my reservations were not honored, leading to a frustrating start to my holiday. Additionally, the cleanliness and maintenance of my room left much to be desired.

I recently stayed at this resort, and while there were some good aspects, there were also a few issues. The room we had was spacious and equipped with several amenities, and I loved the complimentary minibar snacks. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, and the pool could have been cleaner. Overall, it’s a decent option given the price, but there’s room for improvement.

My husband and I enjoyed a wonderful 3-night stay at this resort. The spacious room with a Jacuzzi was a highlight, and the unique swimming pool offered breathtaking views. Although the shower water had a chlorine smell and the location involved some walking, we appreciated being close to Ao Nang beach and local dining options. Overall, it was a great value for money with friendly service and a delicious breakfast.

This hotel has a few redeeming qualities such as its decent location and spacious rooms, but trust issues marred my experience. I faced an unexpected room change upon arrival due to overbooking, which was chaotic and inconvenient. While the staff did make efforts to assist, the inconsistent service and lack of promised amenities were disappointing overall.
